How do I place my order? How can I pay for my items? How soon will I get my items? Do you ship internationally? What about packaging? How soon will you contact me if I place an order/send a request/ask you a question? I don't want anyone to find out that I have brought items from your website. Are the panties/tights etc. in the pictures the ones that I will receive? Will you do anything that is not featured on this site? Is there anything that you definitely won't do? Can I see your face? What sizes are your panties, tights, nightwear and bras? What is Panty Trust? How do I place my order? As I sell mostly one off items I do not have a shopping cart. Just fill in the simple online order form, you will need to give me the item/s number/s, any added extras required, your name, delivery address, email address and preferred method of payment, plus your choice of postage. I will then reserve your item and contact you within 24 hours to arrange payment. As soon as payment has been received, I will give you an exact delivery date. Back to Top How can I pay for my items? My preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer (online or over the counter). You can also pay online using your card by sending me an amazon.co.uk gift certificate to the value of your order. You can also can send me cheques, postal orders and concealed cash (at your own risk)to my secure mailbox (UK only). International buyers can pay online using Alertpay, and also by sending amazon.co.uk gift certificates. Back to Top How soon will I get my items? I offer a choice of 1st class post (delivery usually within 1-2 days), 1st class recorded delivery (usually next day delivery)and special delivery (guaranteed next day delivery). I recommend recorded or special delivery, as I cannot take responsibility for items that I have not obtained proof of postage for. Recorded or special delivery options will require a signature though. Delivery times for the rest of the world are 3 days for Western Europe, 4 days for Eastern Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world. Postage costs are £2 for Europe and £2.50 for the rest of the world. If you require signed for mail, please add £3.50 to the postage cost. This is recommended for all international orders, for the reason stated above. Don't worry, on the customs label I will write 'socks', 'T-shirt' etc, and not 'worn panties' (or whatever) !! You can choose your postage option when filling in the order form. There is usually a waiting time for my panties, this is because I am a genuine seller and can only wear 1 pair of panties per day. The current waiting time can be viewed at the top of my 'About' page, I update this daily and also let you know exactly when I will be wearing your panties when I process your order. I accept international online payments through Alertpay, you can also pay online by sending me an amazon.co.uk gift certificate to the value of your order. I package all items by vacuum sealing them (with a vacuum sealing machine) in a special bag immediately after to wearing to keep my scent in them for you... This keeps air out and moisture in, so that my panties will be as fresh as if you had just slipped them off my body (wherever they may be travelling to). They are then lovingly placed in one of my special gift bags with a few sweet surprises... I post in a secure and discreet padded envelope. If you want me to put a code on the envelope so that you know what it is (ie. before opening it in front of someone!) just ask. All parcels also come with a handwritten note from me and a lipstick kiss! I take care with my packaging and you are guaranteed a lovingly prepared and beautifully wrapped package from me. I usually only have one of each of my items, as soon as I receive an order the item is reserved.
